How long I've been waiting for this, I don't know. And when I finally got it, having so much time to spend, I ran out of resources. Nice. Just nice.

Graduation Day April 18, 2009
So I finally finished nursing, and it was a happy day. ♥
Plus it got alot more exciting when these people came:

I was soooo touched. ayii. Yammie traveled back home from London days earlier than her supposed to be flight just to attend my big day. Chinky and Kenneth came home from Manila too just for me. Yey.
Granddad + Relatives they traveled from Ormoc to Tacloban just to attend my graduation.♥

May 9 - 16, 2009. PSS Cave Congress in Basey, Samar. I really had fun on this week-long congress and I totally miss it. :(

I had my fair share of bitter-sweet memories of the congress. From the work-loaded secretariat committee, caterer problems, accidentally losing my very treasured pictures from the start of the registration for the congress, knowing about some 'friends' issues, Ryan and I being buddies the whole week (that became an issue up until now LOL!!), finding new friends, having the best socials ever, our very own kalokohan moments, to losing my PSS souvenir shirt. Though most were negative things, I have my very own reasons why I enjoyed this week off. *winks*
And when we were zapped back to reality, starting to miss the fun we had, Teacher Trina compulsively decided to pay Gaisano Central a visit. And yosh~ we joined her trip. Haha.

I dare not look where the shouting voices came from. It grew louder by the minute. There was some excitement and happiness mixed on those yelling. I knew the time we have been waiting has come. It was torture for us, having to pray and hope that all went well. Days of torment.
Cold skin. Sweaty palms. Nervous. All I was capable of doing is waiting. People from the third floor are shouting with happiness. Some went running. Looking for comfort. Others came out silent. I knew it.
Results are out. Some need to have summer classes, but will graduate.
And I, I am happy. Euphoric. But can't celebrate much when I know some of my groupmates will have to sacrifice their summer vacation.

March 13, 2009, Fashion Designer Boyet Fajardo ( it's a shame that he's a Filipino Fashion Designer ) created a scene in Duty Free Philippines Mall.
According to the news on TV Patrol World, this Boyet Fajardo was allegedly berating a Duty Free Philippines cashier and made him kneel before him. Why? The cashier politely asked for an ID when the designer presented an unsigned credit card.
Add to that, he even threatened to call a highly positioned government official and allegedly said, “Mga leche kayo! Hindi niyo ako kilala? Ako si Boyet Fajardo! At itong p*t**ina na babaeng ito (pointing to a lady officer/manager) at ang baklang ito (pointing to the cashier) ay walang kwentang mga tao! I want them fired!”
For the matter to be settled, the manager asked Fajardo how they could possibly make amends. And guess what, he allegedly said that he wants the cashier to kneel down before him and be slapped.
The poor cashier, wanting to end the argument, knelt down on his own accord.
Boyet Fajardo, I'm not familiar with that name. Not even heard of it. And I don't think a lot of people knows him too. But to act as if you own the world and make people kneel and bow down before you (ano 'to, panahon ng mga Kastila?), is too much and unrespectable.
And for those who don't know, including you, Boyet Fajardo, asking for an ID when presenting a credit card (signed or unsigned) is a Standard Operating Procedure in all malls. It doesn't exclude Duty Free Philippines Mall and more especially, YOU.
